Lina Marmolejo is a Senior Specialist on citizen security and justice at the Innovation in Citizen Services Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she leads the design and supervision of loan operations and technical assistance grants in citizen security and justice, and issues related to digital government, transparency, and public sector management. Lina holds a Ph.D. in Criminology, Law and Society from George Mason University, a Master’s in Public Administration from the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences-Po), and a B.Sc. in Finance and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
